About Comoros
Comoros is a three-island nation in the Mozambique Channel between Madagascar and the African mainland, with its capital at Moroni. Independent from France since 1975, it has endured more than twenty coups and still claims Mayotte. It is the world's largest producer of ylang-ylang and the only Arab League state entirely in the Southern Hemisphere.
